Rustdagopvang (uitsluitend ad hoc)

 

Soms komt het zo uit dat een hond een dag niet alleen kan of moet zijn.
Een afspraak, een verplichting of een bijzondere dag, niet structureel, maar af en toe.

Binnen mijn hondenhotel bied ik daarom rustdagopvang aan:
Een vorm van opvang voor honden die baat hebben bij rust en structuur, terwijl hun eigenaar die dag iets anders te doen heeft.

Rustdagopvang is uitsluitend ad hoc mogelijk en geen vaste dagen.

Wat is rustdagopvang 

Rustdagopvang betekent dat een hond een dag meedraait in het rustige dagritme van het hondenhotel.
Er zijn geen grote groepen, geen vast programma en geen vaste opvangdagen.

Kenmerkend voor rustdagopvang:

  • kleinschalig en prikkelarm

  • bedoeld voor incidentele dagen

  • geen vaste afspraken of contracten

  • Beschikbaarheid wordt altijd in overleg bepaald.

Brengen en ophalen

Brengen en ophalen gebeurt altijd in overleg.
Daarbij wordt rekening gehouden met het dagritme van het hondenhotel én met de mogelijkheden van de eigenaar van de hond, binnen wat praktisch en rustig haalbaar is.

Er zijn geen vaste breng- of haaltijden.

Wat rustdagopvang nadrukkelijk niet is

Rustdagopvang is geen structurele oplossing voor wekelijkse werk- of dagopvang.

Ik bied:

  • geen vaste dag(en) per week

  • geen doorlopende afspraken

  • Deze opvangvorm is bedoeld voor af en toe, wanneer dat voor hond én eigenaar passend is.

Kennismaking en wendagen

Rustdagopvang is alleen mogelijk voor honden die volledig bekend zijn binnen het hondenhotel.

De kennismaking is bijna exact hetzelfde als voor hotelgasten en bestaat uit een vragenlijst via whatsapp, een kennismaking en 1 proefdag en kost €35.
Pas wanneer een hond deze fase goed heeft doorlopen, kan ad-hoc rustdagopvang worden afgesproken.

“Ad hoc” betekent dus flexibel in planning,
niet vrijblijvend in voorbereiding.

Voor welke honden is rustdagopvang geschikt?

Rustdagopvang is uitsluitend bedoeld voor rustige honden van 6 jaar en ouder.

De voorwaarden en uitgangspunten zijn volledig gelijk aan die van het hondenhotel.
Dat betekent dat ook voor rustdagopvang geldt wat beschreven staat onder het kopje:

“Welke honden kunnen niet bij mij komen logeren”

Honden die daar niet binnen passen, kunnen helaas ook niet komen voor de rustdagopvang.

Rustdagopvang is bedoeld om af en toe te ontlasten, zonder vaste verwachtingen, zonder druk en zonder concessies aan rust.

Voor de hond én voor de mensen eromheen.

Day Care (ad hoc only)

Sometimes circumstances arise where a dog cannot or should not be left alone for a day.
An appointment, an obligation, or a special occasion, not on a regular basis, but every now and then.

Within my dog hotel, I therefore offer day care:
A form of care for dogs who benefit from peace and structure, while their owner has other commitments that day.

day care is available on an ad hoc basis only and not on fixed days.

What day care is

day care means that a dog spends a day participating in the calm daily rhythm of the dog hotel.
There are no large groups, no fixed programme, and no fixed care days.

Characteristics of day care:

  • small-scale and low-stimulus

  • intended for occasional days only

  • no fixed appointments or contracts

Availability is always determined in consultation.

Drop-off and pick-up

Drop-off and pick-up are always arranged in consultation.
This takes into account the daily rhythm of the dog hotel as well as the dog owner’s possibilities, within what is practically and calmly achievable.

There are no fixed drop-off or pick-up times.

What day care is explicitly not

day care is not a structural solution for weekly work-related or day care.

I do not offer:

  • fixed day(s) per week

  • ongoing or standing arrangements

This form of care is intended for occasional use, when it suits both dog and owner.

Introduction and trial days

day care is only possible for dogs who are fully familiar with the dog hotel.

The introduction process is almost identical to that for hotel guests and consists of a questionnaire via WhatsApp, a meet-and-greet, and one trial day.
The cost for this intake phase is €35.

Only after a dog has successfully completed this phase can ad hoc day care be arranged.

“Ad hoc” therefore means flexible in planning,
not casual in preparation.

Which dogs is day care suitable for?

day care is exclusively intended for calm dogs aged 6 years and older.

The conditions and principles are fully the same as those of the dog hotel.
This means that everything described under the heading:

“Which dogs cannot stay with me”

also applies to day care.

Dogs who do not fit within those criteria unfortunately cannot be accepted for day care either.

day care is intended to provide occasional relief, without fixed expectations, without pressure, and without compromising on calmness.
